• If you have a theme or if you want cookies that are not pictured, we have many designs that are available but not pictured on the website.

• Search and find the perfect arrangement for you.
• Enter the recipient’s zip code and to identify the COOKIES IN BLOOM shop that will create your cookie arrangement and process your order.
• Customize the message cookie and any other personalized information for the cookie.
• Consider the option to add gourmet cookies to your order.
• If it is a local delivery, you have the option to add balloons, plush bears, or candies.
• Enter the delivery information and your credit card and billing information.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you within 1 hour. The confirmation email will include the delivery charges and applicable sales tax.

During the ordering process, you are informed whether hand delivery is possible.

If we have more than one shop location in your destination city, it is hand delivered by the closest shop to your delivery zip code.

If we have a shop in the metropolitan area where your arrangement is to be delivered:

• Your order may possibly be delivered that same day. The order must be received by 10 A.M.   There is a possibility that you may have to select from limited designs that are available for same day delivery.
  
• Your order may possibly be delivered the next business day if it is received by 2:00 P.M. the previous day.
• Hand delivery is available to most zip codes on Saturdays.  Sundays and holidays are excluded.
• Our deliveries are guaranteed by 5:00 P.M. for businesses and 7:00 P.M. for residences.  Obviously, the majority of our deliveries are completed  before these times.

Delivery charges range from $5.00 to $30.00.

When hand delivery is not possible, your arrangement is carefully packaged and shipped via third party carrier. Your order will be routed and shipped from the COOKIES IN BLOOM shop that is closest to the destination zip code in order to ensure the shortest shipping time. 

Remember that our hand decorated sugar cookies must dry overnight before they can be wrapped for shipping.  Our shops do stock certain designs on a daily basis that are available for same day shipping.  You will have to call the shop direct.  

OUR GOURMET COOKIES IN THEIR DECORATIVE PACKAGING ARE EXCELLENT CHOICES FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING.

While we pack and ship your arrangement to arrive on the date you choose. Packages that are SHIPPED GROUND DELIVERY, may arrive one or two days either before or after your chosen date. Confirming the exact time of delivery for ground shipments is beyond our control.

• Invalid delivery date entered.

The day on which a package is shipped is not counted when calculating the length of time for it to arrive at it’s destination.  (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days and are therefore not counted when calculating day of arrival)

The United States Post Office does deliver Saturday packages at no additional charge.  Some of our locations offer this option. 

U.P.S. and Federal Express will deliver on Saturday; however, they charge an additional $10.00, and the package must be sent next day air.

If you want to ship your gift yourself, we will be happy to package it for you to ship. A charge of $7.00 applies to this service.  

REFUND POLICY

Cookies In Bloom guarantees the freshness and quality of every product we sell. If any product fails to meet your expectations, simply return it for a replacement or refund. Credits will not be granted for products that have been misused. If you are not happy with your item or there is any problem, please call the local shop that delivered or shipped the item. The processing shop will issue a call tag for the whole item to be picked up or if it was delivered locally, they may pick it up.

Please contact the individual shop directly resolution of all matters related to our freshness and quality guarantee; it is up to the discretion of the individual shop to make the final decision on issuing a refund , a gift certificate or a replacement. Click here to contact the store.
